Yesterday, Y6 pupils visited the Veolia Recycling Centre to learn about the importance of reusing waste effectivley. They learnt about the process of converting waste from our black bins into renewable energy, took a trip to the control room, inspected the living wall and some pupils got to control the crane that scoops up 4 tones of rubbish.
