Over the last week we have been collecting food donations for St Martin’s community kitchen. We thought this was an important thing to do to help our community and help people less fortunate than us. As part of Cubs, we make our Promise every week and keep the Cub Laws, these include thinking of others before ourself and doing a good turn every day.
We delivered our collection (of 7 boxes!) to Reverand Nichollas at St Martin’s Community Hub and heard about all the work they do in the community. We also took a Christmas message to spread some festive cheer! We are looking forward to doing more work in the community as part of Cubs.
