Poetry Slam Competition
On 6th December Years 5 and 6 spent the morning listening to the incredible poet Matt Abbott, who commented on how amazing the children were. The children worked in groups on writing their own poems based on the theme ‘Green’ and then performing these. The winning teams from Year 5 and 6 will represent school at the Leeds Poetry Slam competition.
